HOW TO PREPARE

Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of loose tea to a tea infuser.

Pour 8 oz, approximately 240 mL, of boiling water over the tea. Cover tightly and steep for 15 to 20 minutes to allow the dense roots and berries to infuse fully.

Remove the infuser and enjoy warm. Add a little honey or your preferred milk if desired.
